When can I expect to receive my order?

If you order before 5pm Monday - Thursday, we’ll get your order to you the very next day.

If I don’t order in time for next day delivery how long will it take?

The day after. If ordered on Friday then you’ll get it on the following Tuesday.

Where is the glass manufactured?

All the glass we supply is manufactured in either Turkey or Spain. 

What safety standards does the glass meet?

All European safety standards EU 43 R 00398.

What happens if the glass is damaged in transit? Is it insured? Is a replacement sent?

Unfortunately it’s not possible to insure glass. However, if the glass is damaged in transit then a replacement will be sent. If it is damaged in transit a replacement will be sent. When returning any glass items, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure it arrives back with us in one piece.

How are orders packaged? How does packaging protect the glass in transit? 

• All square edges are capped with plastic
• Cardboard corners are placed on top of caps for additional protection
• Packaging is designed to hold two pieces of glass
• If only one piece of glass is sent, additional packing is used to fill the void
• Packaging is mainly high strength cardboard
• Outer box is a telescopic design for increased protection

Do you deliver outside mainland UK?

If you’re an international customer, you need to get in touch with us before ordering to see if we’re able to ship to you. If we can, then we’ll calculate the carriage cost depending on the items and delivery location and get back to you with a quote.

How dark is the glass supplied?

Our glass is 20% Light Transmission Galaxy Glass. Galaxy glass matches factory privacy glass tint. Another type of glass is Venus glass which we do not use as it doesn’t match the tint of factory privacy glass.

Is the tint glass or film?

Glass.

If a van model isn’t listed in your products, are you still able to get hold of it?

It depends what it is. If we can’t obtain it we will recommend another supplier where possible. However, we are continually adding to our product range so it’s worth checking regularly or getting in touch, as our site may not yet have been updated. 

Is the glass tempered?

Yes.

Does the glass come with fitting kits?

No, though these can be purchased separately from us.
