We will give a full refund for any item returned within 30 days of purchase.
Each returned item must not be used, damaged, and still in its original packaging to allow us to sell it as new.
The fastest way to get a replacement is to simply order your new item online right away and then return the original item for a full refund. This ensures the item doesn’t go out of stock
If you prefer to wait for store credit then return the items and we will issue store credit once they arrive back to us. Then you can reorder online using the credit.
Unfortunately, we can only refund the cost of postage if we have made a mistake or the item is faulty or damaged.
