The Expert, Dispatch, Scudo and ProAce
This generation was a four-way joint venture. The same van was sold as the Peugeot Expert, the Citroën Dispatch, the Fiat Scudo and the Toyota ProAce, and the glass is fully interchangeable between them.
If you're hunting for parts, search all four names — availability and pricing vary between badges for identical components. And if a pane is listed under Dispatch or Scudo rather than Expert, it still fits your van.
Fixed or opening?
Fixed glass is sealed: better insulated, nothing to rattle or leak, marginally cheaper, and the cleanest appearance from outside.
Opening glass hinges out on a catch for ventilation without opening the sliding door. In a van with this roof height the interior air volume is modest, and overnight condensation with two people sleeping is a real and persistent issue. At least one opening pane is worth having.
The common setup is opening on the nearside — where the kitchen usually sits, so steam has an escape route — and fixed on the offside.
Fitting
Bonded glazing with polyurethane adhesive, as per factory. Mark and cut the aperture, dress and prime the exposed edge to stop corrosion, apply adhesive, set the glass square, cure fully before driving.
The Expert's side panel is flat with a simple aperture shape, making this a comfortable job for a careful first-timer. The cutting is the irreversible step, so mark twice and cut slowly.
These vans are now 10–19 years old, so check the panel for corrosion before you commit, and prime the cut edge thoroughly.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit a Citroën Dispatch, Fiat Scudo or Toyota ProAce?
Yes, for the 2006–2015 generation — they're the same van with interchangeable glass.
Will it fit the 2016-onwards Expert?
No. That's a different platform entirely and we list it separately.
Do you supply green tint for this model?

Can I fit opening glass both sides?
Yes, and in a low-roof van it's often worth it for the airflow.
