Getting the right length — read this before you order

This is the most important thing on the page. The Dispatch is sold as XS, M and XL, and the front side aperture differs between the medium and extra-long versions. Ordering MWB glass for an XL van (or vice versa) means glass that doesn't fit an aperture you've already cut.

Check your van's length before ordering. If you're unsure, measure the wheelbase or send us the registration and we'll confirm which glass you need — it takes us two minutes and saves you an expensive mistake.

Dispatch, Expert, ProAce and Vauxhall Vivaro

From 2016 this van was sold as the Citroën Dispatch, Peugeot Expert and Toyota ProAce, and from 2019 the Vauxhall Vivaro joined the same platform after Stellantis absorbed Vauxhall. All share glass. If you have any of these vans from the relevant years, the parts here will fit — worth knowing, because used prices vary a lot between badges for what is the same vehicle.

Planning your glazing

For a full conversion, the usual approach is opening glass in the front side panel on the sliding door side, fixed glass opposite, and rear quarter glass if you want light over the bed area. Barn door glass is optional but transforms rear visibility and makes the interior feel much larger.

Remember that glass is the weakest point in your van's insulation. Privacy tint reduces solar gain considerably, but thermal blinds are still worth budgeting for if you plan to use the van year-round.

Fitting

All glass is bonded with polyurethane adhesive — cut the aperture, prime the bare edge, bond and cure. The Dispatch's panels are relatively flat and forgiving, and the pressed guidelines in the metal help enormously with marking out.

Delivery

Order before 3pm Monday to Thursday and your glass ships for next working day UK mainland delivery, in packaging built for vehicle glass. Breakages are replaced immediately.
